The map Tic Tac Toe was designed by Frogskewer. It is a challenging map for 2-8 players
where the starting possibilities are land or closed air access. Land access benefits by controlling
the passage strips (shaped like a tic tac toe game), and air access benefits by starting with a little
more resources. So far, this map has proved to be a well-balanced map for any starting point. There
is a bonus resource conglomerate in the center of the map, shaped like a giant 'X'. It is the ideal
expansion spot, but it also is hard to maintain.
